Just got an email from Mike Filsaime saying that he’s launched another new site which give you loads of free graphics that you can use on your website.
If you’ve been involved in internet marketing for more than 10 minutes, when someone says that something is free, your bulshit metre automatically goes into overdrive (or it should!). In this case, I can confidently say without a shadow of a doubt that Mike had nothing to do with this graphics package, he’s just putting his name to it and taking the share of profits thank you very much.
Profits? Didn’t you say this was free?
Yes, but like I said, you quickly become a cynic in internet marketing, and when something is free, expect to get the upsell, if you don’t get an upsell, something has broken in the universe, please try turning it off and on again.
The graphics are decidedly average at best - I checked them out, I can’t see myself ever using them, and of course, being the worlds greatest designer (my tongue is firmly in my cheek when saying this!) I would rather do my own!
The upsell is $47, but I don’t see the value for graphics that are no more than average in design. Maybe you will see the beauty in them, see for yourself FreeMarketingGraphics.com
So Alex Goad has finally launched his new product, Players With Money, so is it everything that is says it will be? First off, the price. It’s a monthly subscription…yuwat? Yeah, if you scan read salespages like me, then you wouldn’t have seen a mention of the subscription.
I only noticed because on the clickbank payment page they didn’t have PayPal as an option, only credit card, so I looked more closely and noticed that it was a $67 subscription fee. Not bad considering the sales line is…
49 Days or Less
So chances are, we are going to have to pay at least $134 to get the information required. People will be paying more, a lot more, because we’re all lazy and will forget to cancel the subscription after a while!
But is it worth it? I don’t know, I’m stuck in India and can’t buy it
However, check out the video below which shows how to dominate the search engines with an affiliate review, really cool stuff!
This article just puts words to digital print something that I’ve had on my mind for a few weeks. It is basically musings on the growth potential for the Internet Marketing industry now that it’s pretty much accepted that the US economy is experiencing a big downturn (see, I didn’t use the dreaded ‘R’ word!).
The reason I’m thinking this is that as lay offs increase, job security decreases, purse strings are tightened, everyone (it’s human nature) will start searching the internet for ways to make more money. Naturally as they search for things like make money a significant majority will find internet marketing and get sucked in as so many people so.
So, with a predicted influx of newbie internet marketers, the need and demand for introduction courses, down to earth guides (ie. this is not a get rich quick opportunity) and more advice and information for people who may not be too savvy, is greatly increased. Who will rise to the challenge?
Armand Morin has come out with his Internet Marketing Explained package, but at $2000 it’s grossly over priced. Yes, it may be the ultimate course available (I’ve not read it), but how is the price tag going to help the guy that’s recently been made redundant?!
Yes, this is YAIM, that is to say…Yet Another Internet Marketing Blog. But I hope to make this blog with a difference. First off, no bulcrap. No HYPE, no sales pitches and no psychological triggers. OK, maybe a few psychological triggers, so if you spot them, let me know because I’d love to find out what they are
Well, anyway, I hope that this internet marketing blog is a bit of a break from the norm, and it can provide you with some real useful information as well as some great, up front and honest reviews.
Ok, that’s enough from me, lets get started with internet marketing!
