Growth Potential For Internet Marketing?

Posted by peter on April 6, 2008 |

This article just puts words to digital print something that I’ve had on my mind for a few weeks. It is basically musings on the growth potential for the Internet Marketing industry now that it’s pretty much accepted that the US economy is experiencing a big downturn (see, I didn’t use the dreaded ‘R’ word!).

The reason I’m thinking this is that as lay offs increase, job security decreases, purse strings are tightened, everyone (it’s human nature) will start searching the internet for ways to make more money. Naturally as they search for things like make money a significant majority will find internet marketing and get sucked in as so many people so.

So, with a predicted influx of newbie internet marketers, the need and demand for introduction courses, down to earth guides (ie. this is not a get rich quick opportunity) and more advice and information for people who may not be too savvy, is greatly increased. Who will rise to the challenge?

Armand Morin has come out with his Internet Marketing Explained package, but at $2000 it’s grossly over priced. Yes, it may be the ultimate course available (I’ve not read it), but how is the price tag going to help the guy that’s recently been made redundant?!
